Jason A. Cox graduated from Herscher High School in
2006 and from Nashville Auto Diesel College in 2007.
Jason loved working on his lowered truck; building it
from scratch. He enjoyed throwing
sparks and spending time with his friends in it. His other loves were BMX biking, dirt
bikes, 4-wheelers, and snowmobiles.
Just about anything with wheels.
But, his GXR 1000 was his greatest joy on wheels.
Jason worked at Shapiro with challenged men. They were Jason’s family as Jason was a
“brother” to them. This is where he
found his calling to care for others and decided to go into nursing.
If you ever met Jason, you would have known that he was
kind, loving and caring for others. He
always had a smile on his face and enjoyed life to the fullest.
We pray that the Jason A. Cox Memorial Nursing
Scholarship will help you carry out your dreams of becoming a nurse. We know Jason wouldn’t have wanted it any
other way.
Sincerely,
The Cox Family
