Mrs. Hudgens' 4th Grade!

Fourth grade is a year of change!

First, fourth grade is a transition year between the primary grades and middle school. No longer are we  learning to read, but the emphasis now becomes reading to learn. Secondly, a formal Science and Social Studies curriculum is added to 4th grade. We  spend a lot of time reading and looking for information. Lastly, we have fun!! In our classroom, we become like family and strive to work together and learn.

My goal is to work with families and together we can strive to ensure that all students have the best year they can have!!!!
