Learning how to come up with responses to questions while typing can be very challenging for students. As we begin to take the PARCC tests, students will need to know how to do just that. I found a safe and easy website where my students can respond to questions that I give and also respond to their peers as well. This is called KidBlog.
My students have their own username and password they will need to access their KidBlog page. If they would like to access the blog to respond or create their own posts at home, they must go to http://kidblog.org/MsGrubersClass-2/ and this link will take them to our blog page. Nobody can view posts or comments unless they have the password, so it is absolutely safe! Feel free to have your child show you our classroom blog. :)
