Bullying Incident Report 
In an attempt to make it easier for anyone to report a bullying event they believe they have witnessed, we have created a link which will generate a report to the building principal where the indicated. Reports can be made anonymously. Click here for the incident report.

Herscher Grad to Speak at Community Severe  

Weather Preparedness Day - March 26, 2016 

CLTV/WGN-TV meteorologist, Mike Janssen (Herscher Grad) along with the Herscher Fire and Police departments will hold a Severe Weather Preparedness Day on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 11a - 1p. This open house event will be at the Herscher Fire Station (371 E Myrtle St, Herscher). Click here for more information.


PARCC Testing Information

On behalf of State Supt. of Education Tony Smith, Ph.D., the attached letter below is for parents announcing the start of the 2016 Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) assessment testing window. The Herscher CUSD 2 PARCC testing window is April 4, 2016 to May 13, 2016 for grades 3-8 and Algebra I and ELA I students at Herscher High School. Vision/Hearing Screenings
Per State mandate, every school year, the district will screen vision and hearing. Screening will be conducted as follows:  Vision - Grades:  Pre-K, K*, 2nd, 8th and Hearing - Grades:   Pre-K through 3rd. *only those K students who have waived the State eye exam requirement will be screened for vision.

Title I Parent Letter
