Dear District Staff and Community Members:   The Herscher CUSD #2 Board of Education has begun the search process for the new superintendent who will begin working with the district for the 2027-2028 school year.  We have selected Dr. John Palan and Ms. Cathie Pezanoski,  Search Consultants, to help us facilitate this very important process.   We are extremely interested in your input about the characteristics that you would like the new superintendent to possess in order to lead our district . . .
